SHT30 SHT31 SHT35 IIC Digital Temperature and Humidity Sensor Module

The new SHT30 series temperature and humidity sensors takes sensing technology to a new level. The SHT3X family includes the low-cost SHT30 and the standard SHT31 versions, featuring an I2C interface and a wide operating voltage range (2.4–5.5V). Other model like SHT31 and SHT35 is also provided.

Technical Specifications of the sensor module:

1. Humidity measurement range: 0–100% RH

2. Humidity measurement accuracy:

   • SHT30: ±3% RH

   • SHT31: ±2% RH

   • SHT35: ±1.5% RH

3. Temperature measurement range: –40 to 125°C

4. Temperature measurement accuracy:

   • SHT30 / SHT31: ±0.3°C

   • SHT35: ±0.2°C

5. Operating voltage: 2.4–5.5 VDC (wide voltage)

7. Dimensions: 17 mm × 12 mm
