LCD2004 LCD Screen Display Module
The control board of the atmega328 series comes with only 20 IO pins. When equipped with multiple modules including sensors, SD cards, relays and other peripherals, the available IO pins will be insufficient. A standard 2004 LCD requires 7 IO pins to operate. Cmxelcs make the module cuts down IO pin usage by 5, and we supply the matching function library free of charge.

What is LCD Screen?
LCD is short for Liquid Crystal Display.
An LCD is structured with liquid crystal sealed between two parallel glass panels. A dense grid of fine vertical and horizontal conductive traces sits between the two glass sheets. Power switching controls the alignment of rod-shaped liquid crystal molecules; the altered molecular orientation refracts light to generate visual images on screen.
Compared with CRT displays, it features longer service life, lower power consumption and more competitive cost.
